Received 12, 10.58 p.m. Sydney, June 12. The secretary of the Cricket Board of Control is surprised at the cable from the Marylebone Cricket Club. Only last week a cable came from the Marylebone Club asking if the Board wished a team sent to Australia this year. The secretary replied that the Board was expecting a team, ns it intended adhering to the programme agreed upon in connection with the triangular team.
