Madrid, June 11. Morocco has protested against the presence of Spanish troops at Larache. Paris, June 11. France has instructed its representatives abroad to protest to the Algeciras signatories regarding the Spanish action in occupying Larache. Le Temps strongly protests against Spanish intervention in Morocco, which, it says, is simply actuated by the spirit of envious imitation, and it may be necessary to call for the diplomatic intervention of the signatories of the Algeciras agreement. Madrid, June 11. A Spanish column has occupied Alcazar. Spanish newspapers express the hope that the Powers will not oppose a disinterested mission.
