ENTHUSIASTIC RECEPTION IN BRISBANE., \ By Cable—Preso Association—Copyright. Received 11, 5.5 p.m. Brisbane, Last Night. The Sheffield Choir arrived by the steamer Zealandia, and was welcomed by the Premier and the Mayor. Replying, Dr. Coward, the conductor, said the choir had not come to teach but add its quota to the development of the Imperial spirit. Five thousand attended an open air concert in the Exhibition grounds in the afternoon. The Exhibition Hull was crowded for the concert at night, and the choir had an enthusiastic reception. The concert was a splendid success.
