LAND SALE.

MR. ALEXANDER'S WAREA ESTATE. A sale <ot considerable interest .to farmers will be held at Mr. Newton King's mart, New Plymouth, on Saturday next, when Mr. Alexander's wellknown Warea estate will be offered to the public. The property has been subdivided into 14 farm s ranging in area from 85 to 320 acres, so that any farmer should be able to obtain a property within his means. During recent years most of the larger holdings in Taranaki have been broken up to meet the unsatisfied demand for land, and Mr, Alexander's is about the last large estate to be subdivided. The property has been used exclusively for fattening purposes for the last 30 years, and should now be in the very best of heart for dairying purposes. The estate is situated right on the beach, and constitutes some of the rieh«st lana in northern Taranaki. It is all level, and practically all ploughable. As the land throughout the province has been steadily advancing in price for several years, very keen competition is expected for these sections. Immediately after this sale wilt be offered a very nice little dairy farm of SO'/j, acres on aeicount of Mrs. M. A. Clarke. The proporty adjoins Mr. Alexander's estate, and is close to the Warea town- ; ship. It is all level, well watered, and being in a very highly cultivated condition, should meet with ready sale. There will also be offered a very choice property of 026 acres on the Toi Toi road, backing on to the Waitara river. It is situated (close to ediool, .post office, and township, and is only 10 miles from the Waitara Freezing Works by good metalled roads. This fine section is at present carrying 1400 sheep and 140 head of cattle, and, with, this knowledge before anyone who knows the district, this sale is an opportuntiy which should not be let slip.
