ENTERTAINMENTS.
BIOGRAPH PICTURES. An excellent series of films was prei lented for the first time at the Theatre Royal last evening and thoroughly appreciated by all present. The* programme is well varied, and each and every subject highly interesting. The dramas are a particularly good set, that entitled "Into the Jaws of Death" being perhaps the best. This subject introduces a city fire brigade rushing to a fire, the work of the brigade being fully shown from the time they leave the fire station at full gallop to the rescue work of persons in the burning structure. Several high grade scenic and educational pictures were shown, while of the comic element there is no stint. Altogether the programme provides a pleasing entertainment. The series will be again presented at the Theatre Royal this evening.
