i PALMERSTON SITTINGS. ' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmcrston N., Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day the civil eases, J. M. Howell v. Thomas McGregor, a claim for £228 commission for collecting accounts, and Goldingham and Beckett, Ltd., v. Flyger, an action for specific performance of the lease of right-of-way and damages, resulted in Judge Chapman finding for defendants in both, cases. Frederick Hunter, for forging and ut- j tcring a. Savings Bank withdrawal notei for £3, was given three years' reformative sentence. Accused had six previous convictions for theft against him.
