Flyger, an action for specific performance of the lease of right-of-way and damages, resulted in Judge Chapman finding for defendants in both, cases. Frederick Hunter, for forging and ut- j tcring a. Savings Bank withdrawal notei for £3, was given three years' reformative sentence. Accused had six previous convictions for theft against him.
