King, member for Central Hull, was due to . the continuance of charity and the distribution of coal during the election. Sir H. S. King personally was exonerated from the charge of corruption. THE OSBORNE BILL. London, June 2. Considerable discussion has arisen through the fact that under the Osborne Bill the Registrar-General of Friendly Societies and not the law court has to decide whether a trade union may be within the scope of the national insurance scheme.
