The Times' Lisbon correspondent reports that in consequence of active measures by the Spanish Government, the anti-Republican movement, organised in Galacia, has practically collapsed. The funds were supplied by Monarchist sympathisers in Brazil and Portugal. The conspirators arc returning to Portugal.
