MOKAU COAL COMPANY
SELLS ALL ITS LAND. BUT RESERVES MIXING RIGHTS. Palmerston N., Last Night. Mr. R. McNab, who was interviewed to-day, stated that the coal rights of the Mokau Estate, in the Maungapnpa block, have not been purchased by Messrs. _ Johnston and Loughnan as Mated in a Press Association telegram from New Plymouth. These rights are owned by the Mokan Coal Company, and are part of the purchase recently made by that company. ??L? lokau Coal Company is putting 10,000 acres of land on the market in August, survey parties having already been engaged to go on the land. Between August and March next a block of 30,000 acres of additional land will be put on the market, and that will exhaust the purchase of land recently made by the company.
