DUBLIN STARTLED. By Cable—Press Assorts Hrvn—Copyright. Dublin, May 27. A sensation has been caused in Dublin iy the publication of a letter from Mr. J. E. Redmond, leader of the Irish Parliamentary party, dissasociating himself beforehand from the findings of the special committee appointed by the Government in April last to ascertain and consider, among other things, the existing financial relations between Ireland and the other component parts of the United Kingdom, and to distinguish as far as possible between Irish local expenditure and Imperial expenditure in Ireland. Mr. Redmond states that he stands on the report of the Childers Commission, and declares that be reserves absolute liberty of action to his party in tbe critical and trying times before him.
