There was an immense crowd in the vicinity of the aero'drome, including his wife and two children. THE ROME-TURIN RACE. Received 28, 9.30 p.m. 'London, May 29.

Thirteen aviators -started on Sunday from Paris to take -part in the RomeTurin race. The prizes aggregate £12,000. Lieut. Conneau and Til. Garros reached Avignon within an'hour of each-other.
