HEAVY ADDITIONS. By Cable — Association —Copyright Received 28, 5.5 p.m. Tokio, May 27. Beginning this year and completing by 1914, Japan is building five 20,000-ton warships, whereof four will bee misers. One of t.he latter will be built at Barrow (England). Each will carry 13 1 />in guns. The fifth will be a battleship built in Japan.
