A STRATEGIC MOVE.
FRENCH NAVY IN THE MEDITERRANEAN. By Cable—Press Association —Omyricht. London, May 25. It is announced in London that in view of the British entente, Mr. Delcasse has decided in the autumn again to concentrate the French navy in the Mediterranean, leaving only a reserve of six battleships with nucleus crews in the English Channel, thus giving France command of the Mediterranean against Italy and Austria.
