FOUNDERED WITH ALL HANDS
BOAT IX BAY OF BISCAY. By Cable—Press Asuodntion—Copyright. Received 24, 11 p.m. London, May 24. An empty lifeboat, marked "(Tayolargo." was found in the Bay of Biscay. The Gayolargo was bound from Swansea to Tampico, Mexico, with twenty-five hands. She lias been missing, and it is considered she has foundered.
