At the Supreme Court to-day, George Stewart Neish, about IS years of age, charged with indecently assaulting a boy aged 7, was found not guilty. A charge of theft of <i mare brought against Arthur Gilford St. Clair Isbister, , in respect of which the jury disagreed last week, was re-heard. The juryfouhd accused not guilty.
