The Kaiser and Kaiserin lunched with the Duke and Duchess of Connaught. Amongst the guests were the Duke and Duchess of Norfolk, Lords Rosebery and Kitchener, and Admiral Seymour. ROYAL BALL AT WINDSOR. Received_ 21, 5.5 p.m. London, May 20. Ex-King Manuel and Queen of Portugal visited the Kaiser and Kaiserin at Buckingham Palace. There was a brilliant spectacle at the Royal .ball. The Agents-General and their wives were present. Their Majesties King George and Queen Mary and the Kaiser and Kaiserin opened the quadrilles. The Palace was decorated with pink roses and carnations.
