MR. LLOYD-GEORGE'S BEXEFICIENT MEASURE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 19, 10.10 p.m. London, May 19. Mr. Lloyd-Gcorgy's insurance scheme provides for £4,200,000 annually for medical assistance, including drugs and dressings, and permits a capitation fee of six shillings per head. Recognising the desirability of giving a choice, Mr. Uoyd-George proposes to widen the panel of local doctors willing to serve.
