THE ANNUAL MEETING. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 19, 10.10 p.m. Sydney, May 10. At the A.M.P. Society's annual meeting, the chairman declared that without special effort the new business constituted* a record. ' The mortality experience was remarkably favorable. The large increase of disbursements was due to surrenders by railway employees, following the Superannuation Act. The Federal land tax will impose a burden of about £4OOO. The industrial branch increased so as to enable the company to declare a bonus at the end of the year to policy-holders of five years' standing. Altogether, the report was the most satisfactory every issued.
