The newspapers state that unusual crowds are already thronging London, and larger contingents of foreigners are present than ia former great years. THE KAISER IN LONDON. London, May 18. The Kaiser was Lord Haldane's guest at luncheon to-day. He met Lords Kitchener and Moriey, Generals French and Hamilton, Admiral Wilson, and Mr. Ramsay Macdonald. He afterwards visited the picture galleries and the Zoological Gardens. He received a remarkable public welcome. The Kaiserin visited the German hospital, and her daughter the Tower, St. Paul's and other sights. Received 19, 10.10 pjn. London, May 19. The Kaiser and the Kaiserin, with their -Majesties King George and Queen Mary, motored to Windsor Castle. The Kaiser placed wreaths on King Edward's and Queen Victoria's tomba. Their Majesties yere present at a reception given by Lord Lansdowne in the evening. CORONATION EXHIBITION OPENED. London, May 18. (Prince Arthur of Connaught opened the Coronation Exhibition at the White City. Among its features are remarkable illustrations of the Empire and specimens of the Empire's newspapers.
