AUCKLAND SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Tuesday. In the Supreme Court decrees nisi were granted in the cases Elizabeth Atkinson Adams v. George Henry Adams, desertion; Jessie Ladd v. Thos. Josenh Ladd, desertion and misconduct; George William Bramley v. Edith Bramlev and Bertrand Murray (co-respondent), misconduct; Amelia Sarah Milner v. Hugh Walter Milner, desertion; Emily Sabia Martin v. Francis Martin, desertion; Elsie Violet Hoyes v. Leonard Cuthbert Hoycs, desertion. DUNEDIN SESSIONS. Dunedin, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, George Timmings was acquitted on a charge of committing perjury at Oamaru on February 13. Neil Williams Nicolson was charged with stealing certain water, the property of the Scandinavian Waterrace Co. This case was unfinished when the Court rose. WELLINGTON SESSIONS. Wellington, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day Michael O'Brien, Thomas Lane and Frank Voss were convicted of theft and remanded for sentence. It was shown that O'Brien stole from a man named McCracken a luggage ticket, that Voss obtained McCracken's gladstone bag from the Railway Department, and that the two rifled the bag and threw it into the sea, while Lane looked on. Edward O'Reilly, charged with an act of indecency, was acquitted. John Hackett was charged with an indecent act on a girl twelve year sold. The jury found the prisoner guilty, but recommended him strongly r to the mercy of the court. The foreman stated that the jury was of opinion that possibly the prisoner was mentally deficient and that he ought to be medically examined. His Honor promised to see that this should be done, and remanded prisoner until Friday for sentence. George Arthur Aldo was convicted of assaulting Charles Nichoils and remanded for sentence till Friday.
