The Stratford links were formally opened on Thursday, when a number of players were present. In the absence of the president (Mr. Budge), Mr. Grant (vice-president) performed the opening ceremony, after which a number of players went round the links. Afternoon tea was provided by Mrs. Budge.—Post. I
