Several persons were killed. Rebels have informed Mulai Hafid that if he will abdicate the Europeans will not be harmed. Colonel Gournand and two battalions have reached Elkunitoa. Major Boulard's column, escorting a convoy of 2400 camels, comprises 3000 men, including natives. The French advance is having an inspiring effect in Fez and among the Government troops.
