ANTI-RECIPROCITY CAMPAIGN. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 10, 12.5 a.m. Ottawa, May 9. Sir W. F. Borden, Opposition leader, will tour the prairie provinces on the anti-reciprocity issue in the summer months. Indications are that a general election will be held in the autumn. Mr. Fielding has declared that London pressure induced Sir Wilfrid Laurier to adjourn Parliament in order that he might attend the Imperial Conference.
