PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. ■Wellington, Saturday. Provisional regulations were issued last evening for the military forces of tlie Dominion. Officers and' soldiers of tlie Xew Zealand staff corps, permanent staff, and permanent force are at all times liable for foreign service; tlie remainder of the forces are liable!' for service in the Dominion only. The retiring age of the permanent force is 55 years" territorial foree, colonels, quarter-mas-ters and bandmasters (10 years, lieuten-ants-colonel 45 years, lieutenants 40 years, sergeants 40 years, staff-sergeants and color-sergeants 45 years, warrant officers 50 years. The regulations cover registration, discipline, scale of fines for different breaches, obligatory training, annual training camp, horses,"ccramonial and finance.
