On nineteen indictments against McNamara in connection with the Los Angeles Times dynamiting outrage, the grand jury returned true bills, and in two against MdManigal in connection with the Llewellyn ironworks explosion on December 25. ACCUSED PLEAD " NOT GUILTY." Received 7, 5.5 p.m. New York, May G. The brothers McNamara, arraigned on the dynamiting charges, pleaded not guilty.

The Court ordered the pleas to be entered for June 1.
