THE WANGANUI HARBOR
BIG LOAN PROPOSED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. Mr. Leslie Reynolds, C.E., is to report on schemes for making a harbor at the town and at the heads respectively. The Harbor Board has also resolved to take immediate steps to secure legislation next session to enable a loan ol £200,000 to be raised for harbor works.
