MURDERED IN THE PULPIT

A priest named Farguit was preaching at Motril, and denouncing local immorality and irreligion, when a youth rushed into the pulpit, stabbed the priest to death, and dragged the body into the streets, amidst the cheering of the inhabitants. The assailant has not been arrested.
