At tennis, Now South Wales defeated Victoria by 20 rubbers, 40 sets, 290 games, to one rubber, nine sots, and 170 games.

In the ladies' match New Soutli Wales defeated Victoria by six rubbers, 15 sets, and 121 games to six rubbers, 12 sets and 120 games.
