ENTERTAINMENTS

EUGENE OSSIPOFF. Covers of truly artistic vocalism will welcome the announcement that Eugene Ossipoff, the talented Russian baritone, is to appear at the Theatre Royal on % Monday evening next. On the occasion of his last visit Ossipoff had perhaps the finest reception ever accorded a vocalist in New Plymouth. A large number of people was unable to hear this great ■artist on that occasion owing to other "engagements. On Monday night, however, Ossipoff is assured of a big house, and no artist that has come to us is more deserving of an enthusiastic welcome. In order that all may hear Osaipoff the prices of admission to the concert have been reduced to 3s, 2s and Is.
