COMMERCIAL APATHY
IN GREAT BRITAIN. By cable.—Press Association.—Copy right London, April 27. Mr. Hamilton Wickers, British trade representative in Australia, complains of the apathy of the British manufacturers. He states that during a recent provincial tour, out of 138 firms with representatives in Australia, only eleven made appointments to discuss business matters.
