Berlin, April 25. A ferry boat conveying fifteen workmen across the Elbe near Konniggratz capsized and nine men were drowned. THE COLOR LINE. Vancouver, April 25. Negroes who were barred from a fashionable residential section by a land company have won a verdict in the courts.
