WEST END CLUB.
The singles and pairs matches among members of the West End Bowling Club have now concluded. The singles match, for a trophy presented by Mr. B. J. Deare, was won by Mr. V. H. Beale, with 12 win« and two losses. The pairs competition, for trophies presented by Mr. G. A. Corney, was von by Messrs' Fred. Newell (skip) and If. Hu'rle. The club will wind up the season to-morrow, when a match will be plaved between teams picked by the president and vice-presi-dent.
On tli > New Plymouth Club's green a match will probably be played to-morrow against three or 'four rinks from the Inglewood Club.
