JUDGMENT. GIVEN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday. Reserved judgment in the Appeal Court case, Mac Donald v. Rose and others, was delivered this morning. The result iof a lengthy judgment is that a writ of attachment can issue against Mac Donald for £3307 3s 3d. No costs were allowed to either party. The effect of this judgment is that Hon. T. K. Mac Donald will have to find the money, the alternative being a term of imprisonment.
