A CHIEF KILLED. By cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received 216, 12.5 a.m. Calcutta, April 25. Mutinous troops killed a chief of Kharan, who was troublesome in' British Baluchistan. A fort was seized and everything looted.
.CANADIAN' PARLIAMENT. Received 20, 12.5 a.m. Ottawa, April 25. Mr. Fisher, Minister of Agriculture, speaking at Montreal, announced that the Government would not dissolve pending the census results and the re-distribu-tion of seats.
