COMMITS SUICIDE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright ' St. Petersburg, April 24. RaskaltofT, chief of the secret police, at Archangel, anonymously blackmailed Kostogohoff, a millionaire, for £SO, threatening that a Nihilist group would throw vitriol on KostogohofTs daughter. Kostogohoff deposited the money and arranged an ambush. RaskaltofT was arreste, but bluffed his capturers and committed suicide before the official investigation.
