The train acident cabled yesterday wa» caused through a truck becoming derailed fifty yard* from the Blaauwkrantz bridge and plunging into the abyss, dragging the remainder of the train after it. Some of the killed and wounded were caught on a ledge 120 ft down, and it took six hours to reach them. The injured suffered terrible tortures. A little girl was caught by the foot in a fork of the bridge, and hung head downwards.
