BIG PROCESSION AT MELBOURNE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 24, 11.25 p.m. Melbourne, April 24. There was fine weather for the eighthour proeession. The route was densely lined. Seventeen new unions participated. There was an excellent display of emblematical designs, intermixed with many large posters urging the electors to vote "yes" on the referenda. The procession took an hour and a-quarter to pass a given point. _
