THE ALBANIAN INSURRECTION
A PAXCUTXARY CONFLICT. Vienna. April 21. A telegram from Scutari reports sanguinary conflicts between Albanians and the Turkish regulars in the Kastrath district. Unconfirmed reports state that 1500 were killed and (100 wounded, but they do not state who gained the advantage.
