' The second official report of the Ar- ' gentine harvest estimates the yield of J corn at 3,800,000 tons, and that of Has' at 000,000 tons. THEFT OF DOCUMENTS. St. Petersburg, April 21. Forty gunners have been arrested at Smolensk owing to the disappearance from the artillery headquarters of a box containing the Czar's communications and secret papers. THE TONGARIRO DELAYED. London, April 21. The Tongariro, which was due from Teneriffe on the 17th, arrived to-day. The delay was due to slight defects in the boilers. A fair amount of reinsurances were effected prior to her arrival at 2 to 7 per cent., closing at 0 per cent.
