CITY BY-LAW CASES. \\ ' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Adjutant Thurkettle, of the Salvation Army, was called upon at the Magistrate's Court to-day to answer three charges of breaches of the by-law prohibiting meetings being held in Cathedral Square except on a certain part thereof. He did not appear, but, on his counsel's application, the cases were adjourned for a week.
