THE INGLEWOOD CLUB. (From Our Own Correspondent). The annual general meeting of the Inglewood Football Club was held in the Druids' Hall, Mr. W. Ogier presiding over a small attendance. The report and balance-sheet, showing a credit balance of 2s Od, were adopted as read. No statement having been received from the Tariki Club, which ran a firsi junior team for the Inglewood Club last year, the incoming secretary was instructed to write to the club for a statement of its receipts and expenditure. The following officers were elected:— •. Patron, Mr. C. R. O'Carroll; president, Mr. W. Ogier; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. B. Hiie, M.P., M. Bergin, G. W. Bennett, F. 11. Brown, D. Clegg, H. S. Collyns, V. H. Harkness, H. W. James, W. J. Matthews, B. H. Nicholls, A. Nesbit, G. Young, and Mrs. O'Niell; secretary and treasurer, Mr. W. H. Quickfall; management committee, Messrs. L. De Launay, H. W. James, W. Lightfoot, and G, Nicholls; club captain, Mr. L. De Launay; delegates to Taranaki Rugby Union, Messrs. O. M. Boldt (senior), and R. Nicholls (junior); hon. auditor, Mr. H. R. Billings. It was decided to enter three teams, in the Thursday competition. | The following were appointed e selec-j tion committee: Messrs. W. Lightfoot,i O. M. Boldt, and L. De Launay. 1 | Members of the club r will pay their own travelling expenses. A vote of thanks to the Referees' -Association, and to the outgoing officers, also the usual complimentary vote to the chair, concluded the meeting. The following will form a team to play a practice match against all-comers on Thursday next:—W. A. Stimpson, E. «"wart. O, M. Boldt. M. Mcßae, Ben Stimpson, J. Johnson, A. Parli, Len Russell, M.
