DIED OF STARVATION
FATE OF CANADIAN POLICE. By Cable—Ptoss Association—Copyright New York, April 18. Dawson City reports the recovery of the bodies of four mounted police who died of starvation on the banks of the Peel river, The men had eaten their dogs after their supplies' had been exhausted. The relief party buried the victims at Port McPherson.
