Lord Kitchener, at the Coronation review in Leicestershire, said the Boy Scouts broke class prejudice and promoted comradeship, discipline, and resourcefulness. The Scouts' ideals were the highest—Christianity and patriotism. They must never forget, "'Once a Scout always a Scout." When the nation has a million of men and boys imbued with the Scout spirit, it may be proud of itself.
