NEW PLYMOUTH. Three rinks of the visiting St. John's bowlers were to have met New Plymouth at the local green on Saturday morning. The weather was too wet, however, and the match was put off until this morning. ST. JOHN'S v. FITZROY. On Saturday afternoon three rinks from the Fitzroy Club met and defeated the St. John's bowlers by 19 points. JOHN'S t. STRATFORD. At Stratford yesterday, St. John's played two matches against the local club, and went down in both. The morning match was lost by thirteen points, and the afternoon by eight points. FITZROY v. lIAWERA. Yesterday three rinks of Hawera bowlers journeyed to Fitzroy to play three rinks from the home club. Thirty heads were played, the match resulting in a hollow win for Fitzroy by 56 points.
