NO SETTLEMENT YET. By Cable—Pr*«s Association—Copyright Received 11, 10.15 p.m. London, April 11. The executive council of the South Wales Miners' Federation, Mr. W. Brace, M.P., presiding, declined to convene another general conference to discuss the Cambrian combined strike, and expressed sincere regret that representatives of the Miners' Federation of Britain were subjected to discourteous treatment when visiting Rhondda Valley in an endeavor to effect a settlement of the Cambrian trouble.
