RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT

POSSIBLE OBSTACLES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 3, 12.55 a.m. New York, April 2. It is now stated that the extra Congressional session, whereat it was at first believed reciprocity alone would be discussed, will deal with a multiplicity of other subjects. This is likely to jeopardise the passage of the reciprocity agreement. Ottawa, April 2. The Federal House is not expected to prorogue till the end of May. It is hoped the Reciprocity Bill will be passed prior to prorogation, despite the Opppsition's campaign of obstruction.
