Received 2, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, April 1. The Customs revenue for the fiscal year increased by £2,500,000 sterling. COMMONWEALTH'S HEALTHY INCREASE. Received 3, 12.40 a.m. Melbourne, April 2. The Customs and excise revenue for the nine months was £9,856,463, an increase of £1,100,000 over the same period of last year. If the same ratio of increase continues till the end of fee year, the revenue will reach over £13,000,000, which is far in ad\\nee of any previous year. For March alone the increase was £190,000. Mr. Fisher, in his Budget speech in October, estimated the Customs increase for the year at only £IBO,OOO.
