The vessel has a displacement of 22,700 tons, a length of 545 feet, and a beam of 88% feet. The main armament is 10-inch. The guns are lS'/a-nich. with a torpedo and defence battery of twenty 4.4-inch, also three tubes firing 21-incli torpedoes. The horse-power is 27,000, and the speed 21 knots.
