No discussion took place, the meeting being adjourned till 9.30 a.m. to-morrow. FARMERS AND LAND AGENTS. Auckland, Last Night. !At the monthly meeting of the Clevedon branch of the Farmers' Union, the following remit waß ordered to be sent to the provincial executive, "That the Government be urged to legislate in the direction of land agents' commission, M as to put a check upon land booms by land agents and speculators, by compelling them to take out licenses as in file case of auctioneers."
