RUSSIA'S BIG SCHEME. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London. March 28. Three Russian agents are visiting the remarkable Aero Exhibition now being held at Olynipia. They contemplate spending £900,000 on 300 aeroplanes for war purposes. They have already purchased eight Bristol biplanes, five Farmans. and forty Bleriots. The Daily Mail lays stress on the fact that if France went to war rlic could place three hundred aeroplanes in the field, while Britain only has ten.
